Pre-School Story time

Pre-school story times are an excellent way to introduce children to the library and to encourage a life-long enjoyment of books.  The library holds 3 storytime sessions a year (fall, winter & spring), and each is 6 approximately weeks long.  Each story time program includes stories, songs, fingerplays, felt board stories, crafts etc.

Altona Branch:  Pre-school Story time is run on a “drop-in” format.  All children are welcome, but the parent/guardian must remain in the library.

Morden Branch:  Pre-school Story time is open to children 3 1/2 – 5 years.  Registration is required and usually takes place for 2 weeks prior to the beginning of a session.

Miami Branch:  Currently Miami branch does not hold a story time.
